First of all, it is the story of a love affair and a beautiful encounter.
Joanna wants to get married in the Alentejo region of Portugal.

The Alentenjo is a rural region in the south of Portugal.
A region that is adorned with a golden coat in summer.
We find the culture of cork trees, olive trees but also vines, the wine of the Alentejo is a real delight to discover very quickly!
In this region, there are wonderful quintas far from the hustle and bustle of the big cities for a wedding in the middle of nature!
Many hotels from agro tourism also offer an unforgettable experience to discover this beautiful region.
So it was in the Alentejo that we started our search for the perfect place.
We visited many places before having a huge crush on a small quinta lost in the middle of nowhere.
The design of the wedding
Once all the providers were selected and confirmed, we started the design work.
Our bride knew exactly what she wanted, a decoration in tones of terracotta, beige, with materials such as terracotta.
A design in accordance with the colors of nature that surrounded us.
We then designed a precise moodboard in respect of the osuhiats of our bride by integrating proposals.
The names of the guests on pieces of tiles, a table plan on vases, all handwritten.
Choosing the color and material of the tablecloth was also a long process; we finally chose a salmon and silk.
Our on-site partner, Flor de Laranjeira, did an exceptional job of making the design a reality.
The course of the wedding
The wedding took place over 3 days.
1 welcome dinner on Friday evening with close family and witnesses around a barbecue.
On the wedding day, everyone gathered at the reception site to experience the wedding ceremony.
The dinner was held with a breathtaking view of the plains of the Alentejo.
The evening, under the stars, the guests were able to dance until the end of the night!
The next day, it is near the pool that everyone met for a typical Portuguese brunch!
